Primary School Adjustment Program
The Primary (K-3) School Adjustment Program (PSAP) is a prevention program that addresses the needs of those students who are demonstrating in class that a little more attention or nurturing could help them to adjust better.
Through PSAP's assistance, the child would be provided with positive reinforcement to help build their self-esteem. In turn, school may become a happier experience as they learn to relate to others and become more successful in class.
If you have any concerns, please contact your teacher or Laura Yanagihara (F/T Child Associate) or Tiffany Tawata (P/T Child Associate) at 305-9300.
PSAP is also involved with Project Aware. During one lunch period, they meet with new (K-3) students to orientate them to our school.
